NUTRITION

Our clients will become well educated learning all they need to know about nutrition, we love to lay the foundation of a healthy balanced diet which will be implemented on a daily basis. Teaching everyone about different food groups along with the importance of meal timings. Plus receive some tasteful recipes designed by your very own RonnyG.

TRAINING

The fun stuff, well the entire journey is fun but this is where it becomes really exciting. We go to great lengths to understand from you what your ideal body looks like to you and its our job to then design the program and workout schedule for you to get you there within 12 weeks. Rest assured we wont push you beyond your limits, but be ready to go on a journey that will be sure to get the metabolic rate firing and release the endorphins!

WHO IS RONNY G AND TRAIN2CHANGE

Hi, I’m Ronny G, I was inspired to follow a career in health & fitness after shedding a vast amount of weight and ultimately turning around my lifestyle. After achieving this, I built a strong reputation in the fitness industry, establishing myself as a leading personal trainer for a nationwide gym for many years. The enjoyment I got from helping people succeed in body transformation over the years spurred me on to start up my own business which I have called Train2Change and through feedback from many of my clients, the creation of private 1 on 1 training studios.

The logo for our Train2change business shows 3 triangles with each one representing the 3 core pillars of transformation which are without question the secret to real success in body transformation. I now successfully train a wide variety of people, with each session tailored to an individual’s needs to ensure the best results. The dedication I want my clients to show will help them achieve what they strive for and help them learn new skills for life. I aim to set all my clients on the right path to being fitter for longer.
